Black Wax is proud to present 2 upcoming shows in Harlow, Essex. The live music scene in Harlow has been in a funny situation since the closure of much loved venue The Square. Lots of people have been putting on events at alternative venues across the town, and more of this is encouraged. Whilst The Square was a massive part in the lives of many of us, it is no more. They’ve finally knocked the place down!
Black Wax has been working with Phoenix Live for well over a year, and we’ve hosted a number of live music events as part of our radio show. Now we’re working on some full on rock & roll gigs and here are the first 2 announced –
Friday 1st June – The Bonnevilles + Murray Torkildsen.
Northern Ireland’s premier punk blue duo The Bonnevilles will be heading out across Europe and the UK in support of their new album ‘Dirty Photographs’.
Saturday 14th July – The Len Price 3.
Medway garage rock trio The Len Price 3 have always gone down well in Harlow, supporting the likes of Secret Affair and The Chords UK. They come to Phoenix Live for their first headline show in town, supporting the release of their latest album ‘Kentish Longtails’.
